Returns
To process a return or exchange, please contact us via hello@hellobleach.com.au with your order number and we will assist you with the best option. Please note: return postage is at the customers expense, unless the product has been deemed faulty by the compliance team at Hello Bleach.
Hello Bleach has a strict 30-day returns policy from the date a parcel is received by the customer. Outside of this timeframe we are unable to offer a return or exchange.
Hello Bleach allows a store credit note amounting to the purchase price of the Hello Bleach Bib if the product is faulty, damaged or not in satisfactory condition upon receipt.
We will not accept returns on the following:
- Opened packaging
- Used products
- Personalised orders
- Gift Cards
- Gifts and Bundles
- Clearance Items
When returning your item to our warehouse, DO NOT SIMPLY RETURN TO SENDER. Your order may go to a third party distributor and we will not be able to process your return. Once you have contacted us to open a return we will provide you with an appropriate shipping address.
Refunds
If you have received an item that is faulty or not up to our usual standard, please contact us ASAP via hello@hellobleach.com.au We ask that you include your order number and images of the defect/s to assist with our quality assurance moving forward. Hello Bleach will exchange, provide store credit or refund any faulty items at their discretion.
Hello Bleach quality control officer will return email within 48 hours of receiving a photo of the faulty goods with a decision. If you have chosen a refund and your application is approved, we will email you and process your refund within 48 hours.
As we offer an online service, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item sizing and quantity is correct prior to payment.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and a confirmation email received, we are unable to cancel your order.
Items can be returned if deemed unsatisfactory or damaged, at which point you can return the order for a full refund (less shipping costs).
If you made a mistake in your order and realise right away, there is potential that we are yet to process your order. Reach out to us right away and we will see what we can do to resolve the matter. Please note, orders will be charged a 10% cancellation fee of the total order value to cover administrative costs. We cannot make guarantees that your order will not be immediately processed, and retain discretion to make a decision accordingly.
